We primarily ship packages via USPS and UPS methods.
Items may be exchanged or returned without a return handling charge, less shipping, for any reason, so long as the below conditions are followed. Items returned without an RGA number and Return. Special order items may be subject to a 15% return fee. Items thought to be defective are subject to each vendor’s individual warranties. No warranty is expressed or implied by Red Diamond. You may wish to contact these companies direct to confirm warranty and return procedures or you can contact us for assistance.
1. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment. Items must be new and unused and in original packaging. Clothing must have tags attached, be clean, un-worn and un-washed due to health regulations. Packages must contain all accessories, booklets, warranty cards, etc. Boots cannot have been worn outside. Once worn outside, they are considered used. Sorry.
2. Even if your item was drop-shipped by one of our vendors, all returns must be made to:

3. Exchanges: Want to exchange an item? Simply return your original item(s), and place a new order. We will ship your new order immediately, reducing wait time for replacement items. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue an immediate credit.
We are not responsible for items returned to any of our vendors in error.
Unless a wrong item was shipped in error by us, you are responsible for paying shipping charges for returning merchandise to Red Diamond. Original shipping costs to you are not refundable unless we were in error in shipping a wrong item.
Please return the item(s) via a traceable or insured method to prevent the package from being lost in the mail. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
