The Exo Case is a sleek, lightweight, rapid-access carrier, custom-designed for ASP’s revolutionary Ultra Cuffs. It gets its name from a lightweight, exoskeleton-like design that adds virtually no bulk, and has no covers, flaps or straps to get in the way. To deploy handcuffs, simply release the slide lock and remove the restraints—to replace, just seat the bottom of the cuffs into the rubber-cushioned and noise-dampened recess, and re-engage the slide lock.

The case includes two different floor pads—one for ASP Chain Ultra Cuffs and one for Hinge Ultra Cuffs. Simply press the selected floor pad into place for the cuffs you’re carrying.

The Exo Case features our exclusive Snap-Loc belt loop, which attaches anywhere on the belt without having to thread or unthread other duty gear. It features an indexed slide track and bar that adjusts to fit all common duty belt and dress belt widths, or MOLLE gear. A spare handcuff key (included) stows in its own compartment on the back.

For orders under $125, we offer *$9.99 standard shipping within the contiguous United States.  We feature $4.99 shipping for all orders over $125 within the contiguous United States. **Red Diamond POD items may add additional shipping charges.

**For orders sent outside of the contiguous U.S., a $37.50 flat rate fee will be added to all shipments.

In stock items are normally shipped within 24 business hours, as long as they do not require alterations/embroidery! You will receive a shipping notification when your order ships either by email or text, depending on the options you choose during checkout.

Please wait until you receive a notification before coming to the store. Some items might need to be ordered and will not be ready for pickup. We will email you once your order is ready.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your original purchase
EXCHANGES 

If you are looking to exchange an item, simply place a new order online. To receive a refund on the original purchase, please follow the instructions below.


REFUNDS 

To receive a FULL refund, please ensure the following requirements are met. If these are not satisfied, we reserve the right to either decline the return, or charge a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your return meets the requirements below:

  • All items returned must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, and in their original packaging/wrapping. Items that have been damaged or in packages that have been carelessly opened ( i.e. with scissors, razor blades, box cutters, ripped, etc.,) will not be accepted for return.
  • Please DO NOT use the manufacturer's packaging for shipping. For example, ensure you put a shoe-box inside a standard shipping cardboard box or shipping bag when sending back footwear.
  • We do not send return labels unless the wrong item was shipped in error

Receive your Refund! 

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 2-4 business days for us to review/inspect the return and refund the item. Only the amount paid for the item will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an automated email once your return has been refunded. Please allow 2-5 business days for this to post to your financial institution.
